Who It's For

I’ve been lucky. Some call me your favorite coach’s favorite coach. I’ve spent years behind the scenes in locker rooms and boardrooms, helping some of the best teams in the world tell their stories to each other through my storytelling company, Dear World.

Capitol Hill Golf & Leadership Club demands exclusivity and discretion — but that's just the starting point. Members must share a love of sport, a commitment to authenticity, and a hunger to keep learning how to tell better stories and listen with more meaning.

The Capitol Hill Golf & Leadership Club is an exclusive, members-only space designed for high-performing leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Members book the space via app and can use the facilities of the home for up to two hours per day.
There are 36 members, each leaders in their field who meet one of our membership requirements: Run a business that does > 3M/year, An elected official, Belong to a top 10 Country Club in Utah or top 100 nationally, A scratch golfer, Are a W2 employee with > $1M salary, or The creative path (case by case).
Capitol Hill Golf & Leadership Club is the founder's home. Much like a chef with a small restaurant, Robert believes that constraints help foster community. There will never be more than 36 members and Robert will know each member and their guests by name.
Membership is by application only. We accept individuals who resonate with our values and vision. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We prioritize depth, alignment, and love of the game in our selection.
No. Capitol Hill Golf & Leadership Club is a closed-door experience. We do not offer walk-ins or public bookings. This space is preserved for those who belong here.
The club is located above Capitol Hill in Salt Lake.
Yes. Capitol Hill Golf & Leadership Club is part of the Dear World Collection, properties designed to make and tell stories. The Mary Beth Hotel in New Orleans is our other property.
Yes, we support a scholarship program for artists and athletes to be full members who don't meet the membership financial or golf requirements. A portion of your membership fees goes directly to helping our creative/athlete path members.
The house is mostly for you, it's yours when you book it. We will do quarterly member programming around storytelling and leadership and have four 'Majors' per year which are golf based charitable events.
